Rachel Darrell 

Associate Solicitor

Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Hall Brown in July 2022. Prior to joining Hall Brown, Rachel worked as a paralegal and completed her training contract at a large national firm before moving to a specialist family practice.

Rachel advises and represents clients on all aspects of divorce and dissolution, financial settlements, pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes. Rachel also has experience advising clients in respect of child arrangement disputes, domestic and international relocation and domestic abuse/violence issues.

Rachel prides herself on providing clients with both empathy and honesty. She always seeks to be approachable and work with her clients to find practical and pragmatic solutions, however difficult the situation.

Rachel is a member of Resolution, a body which aims to resolve family disputes in a constructive and non‐confrontational manner. Rachel has experience with alternative forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration. She is also a keen advocate and regularly represents clients in various court hearings, both in respect of finances and children.
