Rachael Brownlee 

Associate Solicitor

Rachael qualified as a solicitor in November 2016 and joined Hall Brown in May 2019.

Prior to joining Hall Brown, Rachael completed her training contract and qualified as a solicitor with a central London Law firm specialising in family law.  Rachael has a breadth of experience dealing with a wide range of private family law matters, including divorce, finance and disputes concerning children. She has particular experience assisting on high value cases involving complex financial structures and international elements.

Rachael advises and represents clients on all aspects of divorce and dissolution, financial settlements, child arrangement matters and cohabitation disputes.  She also has experience with matters arising prior to marriage and the breakdown of relationships such as the drafting of pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements.

Rachael is committed to clients and helping them achieve the best possible outcome whether that be through means of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation or the appropriate court process.  Rachael takes a very sensitive approach to clients’ needs, offering pragmatic advice whilst being very understanding of the circumstances in which they may find themselves when involved in disputes and litigation concerning delicate family matters.
