Holly Cook 

Associate Solicitor

Holly trained and qualified in 2018 with a firm in the Thames Valley ranked in the top tier of the independent legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

She read Politics at the University of Nottingham before completing her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford.

Upon qualifying, Holly practiced in residential property before transitioning to and specialising in family law in July 2019.

Holly advises clients on all issues associated with the breakdown of a marriage or separation including divorce, negotiating financial settlements (both within and outside of court proceedings), arrangements relating to children and cohabitation disputes.

Holly has a wide range of experience in all aspects of family law including cases with assets and income of high value, complex children cases with local authority involvement and proceedings resulting from the separation of unmarried couples.

Holly is a member of Resolution, a body which aims to resolve family disputes in a constructive and non‐confrontational manner. She is open to working with all forms of process options that are available to try and resolve disputes outside of court proceedings where it is possible, and appropriate.
