Michelle Ashworth 

Senior Solicitor

Michelle is a senior solicitor and qualified in 1999.  Since that time, she has practiced exclusively as a family lawyer.

Michelle has worked with a number of prestigious law firms in Manchester and joined Hall Brown from family law specialists, Stowe Family Law.

Michelle advises on all aspects of family law, with particular emphasis on complex financial cases involving companies, trust structures, third party interests and identifying and locating assets in the U.K. and overseas.

Michelle advises and represents clients who are not married, but wish to bring financial claims against their partner, and also those who require advice on cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements.

Having worked in the North West for over 20 years, Michelle has built up a good working relationship with local experts from complementary fields, including forensic accountants, property valuers and pensions actuaries.

Michelle’s approach is constructive, pragmatic and proactive; she prides herself on delivering a bespoke service for each of her clients, focusing on their individual needs.
