Kate joined Hall Brown in February 2024 having previously worked as a family legal secretary from 2013-2017 where she provided secretarial support to two solicitors. Part of her role involved assisting with mediation work, where she developed a good overview of the mediation process. During this time, she also obtained the CILEX Level 3 qualification.

After a period of time working in childcare, Kate joined Clarion Solicitors in November 2021 and worked in their secretarial hub providing support to the whole firm. She continued to assist with mediation work in 2023 which reinforced that her interests lie in family law work.

In her spare time she enjoys attending music concerts and the theatre and spending time with family and friends.
