Alice Rogers 

Senior Associate Solicitor

Alice qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and has been with Hall Brown since it was founded in 2016, before relocating to the firm’s London office in September 2019, during which she has become an integral part of the team. She has been a Senior Associate since April 2021.

Alice has experience in a broad range of complex family law disputes. Her work includes dealing with high value financial settlements, often with assets in various jurisdictions, trust disputes or involving an international element. She also has solid experience of cohabitation disputes, variation proceedings and high-value Schedule 1 proceedings. Alice has significant expertise in drafting both pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and advising clients in respect of the same, often dealing with high-value, complex, urgent and jurisdictional issues which arise.

Alice is a member of Resolution and adopts a firm but non-confrontational approach to her cases. She provides advice with a pragmatic, calming and sensitive manner which immediately puts clients at ease. Alice works closely alongside a range of professionals to ensure a collaborative and strategic approach is being deployed for her clients at all times. She has strong relationships with other lawyers (both in this jurisdiction and internationally), accountants, tax specialists, private client advisers and those who provide therapeutic support.

Alice is an active member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA), and spoke at their Seville conference in 2022. She also contributes regularly to leading legal and business publications, where she shares insights on family law developments.

In 2021, Alice was awarded Gold in Citywealth’s Future Leaders Family Lawyer of the Year (Senior/ Managing Associate), and more recently was named as an Eprivateclient NextGen Leader in 2024.
