Emma joined Hall Brown in September 2020. She graduated from Durham University in March 2020 with a first-class honours degree in Law and completed her LPC, achieving a distinction.

Emma qualified as a solicitor in May 2023, having completed her training contact with Hall Brown. As part of her training contract, she undertook a six-month secondment at Everton Football Club, working in-house and gaining experience in multiple areas of law including commercial, corporate, sports and employment law.

Emma is now developing her practice across all areas of family law including complex financial disputes, private law child arrangements and advising parties as to how to protect their wealth through pre/post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Emma appreciates the emotive, turbulent and distressing times that her clients are navigating and as such, she prioritises communication and empathy and always strives to offer the highest level of client care possible.

Outside of work Emma enjoys travelling to new countries, catching up with friends and keeping fit through running and playing Padel.
