Catherine joined Hall Brown as a Consultant in January 2020.

She qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined from the city firm Taylor Vinters, where she was a Partner. Prior to Taylor Vintners she was a Partner at Clintons.

Catherine advises on all aspects of family law, specialising in the financial complexities of divorce and acting for high-net-worth individuals and advising on the separation of non-married couples.

Catherine also advises on and drafts pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation and separation agreements.

She also has experience in disputes relating to children, dealing with child arrangement orders, international leave to remove cases and internal relocation cases. Catherine also has an interest in surrogacy and modern families’ work.

Catherine has been consistently ranked in the independent legal directories. Sources state that she “combines a charm and ease with clients with a very thorough and committed approach to her cases, which means that clients love her”.

Catherine also appears as a prominent lawyer in Citywealth Leaders List and is ranked in Chambers High Net Worth 2019 directory, and in the latest edition of Legal 500 she is described as “an emphatic and pragmatic lawyer”.
