Rebekah Fender

Rebekah joined Hall Brown in July 2022. She obtained a First Class degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Manchester before going on to achieve a Distinction in both her GDL and LPC at the University of Law, where she also obtained a Masters in Law. She qualified as a solicitor in August 2025.
During her training, Rebekah completed a three-month secondment in the corporate team at a leading commercial law firm in Manchester. This experience gave her valuable insight into complex commercial transactions, M&A processes, and corporate governance. These skills have enhanced her ability to handle high-value financial remedy matters with a commercial awareness and strategic approach.
At Hall Brown, Rebekah is developing expertise across all areas of family law, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters. She has a particular interest in high-net-worth cases and complex financial disputes, and works closely with senior members of the team to deliver practical, tailored advice to clients.
Before beginning her legal career, Rebekah volunteered at Citizens Advice, where she supported clients on a range of issues including family, housing, employment, and welfare rights.
Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys running, attending Pilates classes and socialising with friends.
