Holly is an Associate and trained mediator.
She trained and qualified in 2018 with a firm in the Thames Valley ranked in the top tier of the independent legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Upon qualifying, Holly practiced in residential property before transitioning to and specialising in family law in July 2019.
Holly advises clients on all issues associated with the breakdown of a marriage or separation including divorce, negotiating financial settlements (both within and outside of court proceedings), arrangements relating to children and cohabitation disputes.
Holly has a wide range of experience in all aspects of family law including cases with assets and income of high value, complex children cases with local authority involvement and proceedings resulting from the separation of unmarried couples.
Holly is trained mediator, working with both children and financial matters. As a qualified solicitor, she brings a clear and confident approach when assisting families to resolve disputes through mediation, helping them to avoid the need for court proceedings whenever possible.
Holly’s experience in Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR) processes enhances her ability to support clients who wish to resolve matters outside of court proceedings in her capacity as a solicitor. She is open to and promotes working with all forms of process options that are available in order to try and resolve disputes as swiftly and amicably as possible. When court proceedings prove necessary, Holly will do her utmost to progress matters in a constructive manner, whilst achieving the best possible outcome for her client.
She is also a member of Resolution, a body which aims to resolve family disputes in a constructive and non‐confrontational manner.
