Instead of adopting outdated processes or accepting the way things had always been done, the firm was shaped with space to decide what worked best.
This meant every part of the firm was built with consideration and intent. Processes were introduced based on experience, drawing on what added value and removing anything unnecessary. The focus was always on building a new way of working that suited to the people within it.
