From day one, our top priority was to create a firm filled with the best lawyers, who were responsive and always put our clients’ needs first, even if that was telling clients the things they didn’t always want to hear.
We wanted to build a practice where social responsibility and genuine care for our clients and the community around us were the top priorities in the decisions we made.
Today, with six offices and a team of 84 lawyers and support colleagues, we are proud of the empathetic and collaborative environment that we have created. We try to have an inclusive space, where every new colleague is welcomed and encouraged to thrive and progress.
Our commitment to social responsibility has extended beyond Hall Brown, raising over £300,000 to help keep the Family Drug and Alcohol Court open.
We have also supported students from low-income backgrounds and donated tens of thousands of pounds to charities local to each of our offices.
This mix of excellence in our legal work, genuine commitment and support for our colleagues and unwavering social responsibility has been recognised nationally, including The Sunday Times listing us among the ten best medium sized companies of any sector to work for.
