Judith Klyne

Associate Solicitor and Mediator

Judith joined Hall Brown in 2018 and advises clients on a wide range of family matters, including financial remedy, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and child arrangements.

In her capacity as a mediator, Judith works closely with separating parties to help them reach fair and practical agreements relating to all issues surrounding relationship breakdowns. Judith does this by providing the space and structure to enable parties to discuss issues directly between themselves, allowing them to retain control of their situation.

Judith studied for her undergraduate Law degree at Liverpool University, before going on to complete a Masters in Law at Queen Mary, University of London, in which she achieved a Distinction. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury.

Judith appreciates that clients going through a relationship breakdown need an empathetic lawyer, who will explain things to them in simple English, rather than using complex legal jargon. She enjoys building relationships with her clients, so that she can assist their personal needs as best as possible.

Away from the office, Judith volunteers for a local charity which takes care of vulnerable people in her community.
